overweight labor?

I'm turning 30 weeks on Sunday so the day is slowly creeping up and I'm beginning to get very Nervous (FTM)! I'm overweight I currently weigh 275 at 5'6 and I'm scared of delivery complications. Can anyone share their birth stories? Include any complications too. Thanks

Im 5'4 and im at 277...36 weeks along...i have gestational diabetes...he's 6lbs already and we went in did and ultasound and stress test...he's fine...i had my youngest at 250 and gestational diabetes...csection ...she came out just fine no complications...8lbs 4oz...shes healthy as can be...Im expecting the same with this little guy...and the gestational diabetes went away after I gave birth....

I was 285 (5'7) when I delivered my daughter. I failed the 1 hour but passed the 3 hour. I was nervous because I got nauseous if I didn't eat but I think the drink was so sweet it held me over. Just make sure the drink is cold (it goes down easier)

I needed a csection because she was breech. The only problem I had was healing from the csection. My "fat roll" made it take longer to heal and it got slightly infected so I hada do a week of antibiotics. It didn't hurt just didn't like how it looked. It's all good now!

I was 221 prepregnancy at 5 foot 6 inches.  I didn't develop gestational diabetes or high blood pressure.  I passed the one hour glucose test with a 110.  I gained twenty pounds and had my 6 pound 6 oz girl at 39.1.  I had absolutely no complications due to my weight.
