Progesterone levels 1 dpo

Autumn • Sat, Feb 04 • mama to one little boy 10.09.2017 and one little girl 12.7.2020

I tested 4.83 at 1 dpo. I know you are supposed to wait till 7 dpo but my Dr said as long as it was between cycle day 20 to 24 it was okay. Is this okay? Has anyone gotten pregnant with levels like that?
