Burping
FTM and exclusively breastfeeding, which by the way ppl seem to neglect to tell you how mentally and physically exhausting it is to breastfeed 😒 All you ever hear is about how wonderful the bonding is. I wish I waste mentally prepared for it ðŸ˜
Anyways, how do you burp your babies without waking them up? I've noticed that if I don't burp he then he tends to throw it up but he wakes up completely when I try to burp him. Then it takes me forever to put him back to sleep and by the time that happens, it's time for him to eat again. Hellllpppp me please. What are your tricks?
