Changed mind

I changed my mind About wanting my best friend in the delivery room. I only want my sister and BD. If it was my choice--Nobody! But I know I'll need my sister. How do I tell my friend I changed my mind. I'm 18 weeks so I have time. Maybe just keep hinting??
