Idk what to do. My back and my lower stomach and sides feels they've been twisted up and cramped together. It hurts so bad and it last for a minute every 7 minutes. Has this ever happened to anyone. My period is suppose to come in two days and I can't manage this pain for another 2 days. There worst then period cramps.
