Got painful scabs on my nose, could it be a cold sore
There's like 3 scabs on there, it's really annoying and hurts, I've accidentally made it bleed as well. But I don't know what it is, I've never had a cold sore so I wouldn't know if I have one.
Anyone have any idea what it could be
