Baby movements!

So I know everyone's different, but people are totally stressing me out! I'm 19weeks5days pregnant with my first, and haven't felt any movements yet, or not any I can recognise. I keep getting people saying 'oh I bet babies moving around all the time now?' Uhh no! Anyone else experienced this? I haven't been told my placenta is at the front (can't remember what it's called) so I'm assuming it's not. Reassurance please!?!😩
