showing already at 12 weeks?!

So I feel like I woke up this morning with a mini bump! It's a lot firmer than bloat and it's located between my belly button and pelvis. From the side it kind of has a scoop lol idk how else to describe it. This will be my first beb but is it possible that my bump has made its first show? 12 weeks 2 days.
