boating and baby wearing

Any other mommys on here go boating? My husband and I love our boat and going boating. I am currently pregnant with my 2nd and was wondering if anyone could recommend a baby carrier or wrap that is lightweight maybe waterproof? And will not make baby hot. We live in Miami fl. And baby carrier will come in handy while my husband is putting the boat in the water and I watch the kids. Thanks
