Moms that have breast feed or are breast feeding what did you do to help give your breast some sort of relief. I had my son at 29 weeks and I pumped until my milk supply came in. And It came in 2 days after he was born. And now my boobs are just so swollen and tender and heavy and I need some type of relief 😩
