cramping at 7 weeks?

I looked online but I felt as if I can get a more solid answer on here. I've had some light cramping here and there for the last 2-3 weeks. I'm not vomiting, no bleeding, no fever, a little dizziness when I stand up, and some cramping when I'm walking as well. I also have been very tired but I heard that's pretty normal along with me STARVING all of the time. I just want to know if anyone else has these problems? Is this normal? Should I go to the hospital?
