I need help!
Ok first off, I've been very stressed about multiple things lately. Trying to balance school, work, a relationship, family, friends, and my dogs, I've been a mess. I can't even relax at night because I'm always trying to plan my day before I go to bed. Like when I wake up, what I'm gonna wear, what's gonna be fast for breakfast and all that jazz. I need sleep guys. And pills are not an option because I will not wake up on time in the morning. Please help I need sleep
