Horrible Dream

So I had a horrible dream the other  night and I can't stop thinking about it now...
My dream was that someone had taken away my motherhood.
I don't know why, but the dream was so vivid that I almost had a panic attack when I woke up.
I don't know why I shared this. I guess I'm just really scared of having that dream again and trying to keep myself from having a panic attack.
