If you're gonna be a racist dillhole

At least know what you're talking about. The other day I had a customer come in telling me that he heard our cigarette prices were 6 dollars a pack. I confirmed which brands were and which were cheaper. This guy then tells me how upset he is that the owner, who he is apparently friends with, would do that to him.

And then he starts in with "all these Arabs come in from the Middle East and open these stores and jack prices up. It's sad I can't believe it..." repeats this about 3 times but in different ways. I try telling him that the owner didn't raise the price of cigarettes, the company that delivers them made him raise the price or they were going to stop him from selling Marlboro.

And what's really funny? He kept referring to my boss as Middle Eastern. My boss is Asian 😂 obviously he's a good friend to him huh? I told him about this and my boss just laughed about it.

But seriously people, don't gripe cashiers out for the price of things. The owner barely profits anyway, how you gonna run a business if you never profit?
