TMI IUD mirana placement and getting it removed EARLY

Any other ladies got an IUD placed after birth??? I had twins a year ago and I've had my IUD roughly about 10 months. My hubby says he feels it during sex not often but he does. I also feel it if we're doggy styling. You know the feeling when he goes deeper and you feel it in your stomach? It sorta feels like that but it's PAINFUL!! There's also a few other minor problems! So with that being said, I've scheduled an appointment with my OBGYN to get it taken out!!! Any suggestions on birth control?
