IUI success symptoms?

My husband and I are TTC #1 (both 32 and in good health) and have been trying for 8months. I had a polyp removal last month and my first IUI on Thursday. I have been feeling cramps and lots of pressure. I just wanted to know symptoms of other women who have had IUI success on their first attempt? Any insight would help!! This two week wait is the worst. I'm afraid to get my hopes up.

I took Clomid with my IUI's. It gave me awful cramps until my period came. I've had 3 IUI's and now I'll be doing my 4th with letrozole. Hope your first IUI is the one!

I have had 2 medicated IUI'S both with letrozole and trigger shot. This last month I cramped most of the month. I was hoping that was going to be a good sign but AF came :/ I just finished my last dose of letrozole yesterday and I should be ready to go for my 3rd IUI on Fri.

I have been have by cramps and bloating ever since my iui on Jan 27. My boobs get more sore each day. Baby dust to you.

Did you and you SO have any other issues or just couldn't get pregnant. My fiance has low sperm count and been trying for 7 months. Didn't know if we can just chose to go that route.

We conceived on our first IUI. I felt cramping after the procedure, then again at 5dpo for only a day, and every day after 9dpo.

Daw the specialist and i was put on clomid( clomiphene citrate 50 mg) and doxycycline hyclate. This is all new to me so im hoping to hit gold on my first cycle
