Positive opk 3 days in a row

Hey ladies im wondering if this has happened to any other ladies out there heres a little back story last month i had a very long cycle i was late for nearly 2 1/2 weeks finally after 46 Af came it was relatively light but lasted 4 days i had bd two days before then AF showed..so on friday o decided to buy some first response ovulation test and a big surprise to me it came out positive! I had bd on feb.1 (i woke up extremely turned on and me and my fiance bd) 2/3 the day i got my positive opk i didnt bd :( , Saturday i took a test ,the test line was darker than the control line positive again ! We bd , now today I wasn't going to test but just for kicks i decided to and again its postive thats 3 days with postives ...what could this mean? Ive tested before and only gotten a postive for only two days here are my test below
