Am I ovulating?

According to glow, today is supposed to be my most fertile day. I took an ovulation test (pics included) and I can't tell if I'm ovulating or not. I've had small pains in my pelvic area that kind of feel like cramps but they're not as sharp. I just got off my period about a week ago so I'm not sure if I'm ovulating or not. The pics are the same, I just made one negative to see if it would make it easier to tell or not.
