TMI Mucus plug?

I've been eating pineapple the last few days and today I ate an entire one. Is this my mucus plug starting to come out little by little or just discharge?

Does pineapple have something specific to do with losing your mucus plug? 
FTM and I am just curious.

Ps in my opinion that looks just like discharge. I have that much or more daily. 😅😒 it's so annoying.

Your mucus plug will look and feel exactly like boogers in your nose, kinda like a bouncy, thick ball of goo. Mine looks like a clear mucus ball with white specks through it.  It can be many different sizes i personally have never lost the whole lot at once just little bits over time about the size of 20c coins
