weird ass text

this guy i like was out for a week at school bc he had surgery and so i would send him the notes and classwork for that day and he would reply with super cute responses and i didn't think much of it tho. so i sent him the homework and stuff tonight as usually and he said something cute and then a few minutes later he "accidentally" sent me a video of him coming off the anesthesia (the vid was adorable btw) and he was like" sorry wrong person" then i said "it's all good😂" then 20 MINUTES LATER he replied with "Lol 😂" like is it just me or was that totally weird was that like his way of starting a conversation or do you think i'm totally over thinking it and he actually accidentally sent the video
