Super heightened smell?

I woke up this morning and my house smelled so strongly of cigarette and it made me so nauseous , I walked around and I was home alone, nobody in my house smokes anyway, I went upstairs and looked off the balcony and my nextdoor neighbour is watering his garden and smoking a cigarette!! Is this an early sign of pregnancy because never have I ever smelled something that intensely that far away. I haven't miss af yet but will test in a couple of days. Oh and also my nails which never grow, like everrr are super strong and getting longer than ever. Is this another symptom has anyone had this?!
