Would you do it?

I have an extra dose of gonal-f. I was given 450 units and I only needed 375. That's just how the company gives it out. They only do it in 3 different prefilled amounts whether or not you need that amount. My last dose I'm supposed to do is Wednesday and my ultrasound to see if it worked is Thursday. Would you take the extra dose of the ultrasound results weren't great? If I have one good follicle and one almost or one almost follicles and no good follicles I've been thinking about using the extra dose to hopefully give me a better chance for this month. Would you do it? Or am I being insane?
