I've had this light pinkish-brown? for two days now.. only change painty liner once during the day. I've been nauseous. I'm on the pill but forgot to take it several times lately due to being extremely busy. Do you think it's just hormonal imbalance spotting or could it be implantation bleeding!? Never had this before. Took one test and it was negative.🤔
