Low Back Pain- help.
I'm having terrible one sided lower back pain. It's on my left side right by my tailbone.
It hurts to take a step with that leg. It's getting unbearable. I see my doctor on Thursday, I'll mention it then but can I do anything to try and alleviate it?
It's very sharp pain.
