3 month growth spurt?

My LO is 2.5 weeks old and just started sleeping a ton during the day. She wakes up every 3 hours to eat at night still. Just today, she's been sleeping a lot and will wake up to eat, but fall asleep while nursing and would go right back to napping if I'd let her. I don't intentionally keep her awake but changing her diaper wakes her up some. Normally she will stay awake for about 1.5-2 hours, but now it doesn't even seem like a whole hour she's up. Is there a growth spurt right around now that could be the cause? She doesn't have a fever or any sickness that would be draining her.
