WORRIED

I've been dealing with this guy for a couple months now. We've hung out a few time and gone out and I really like him for who he is. So today, he came over when I was at home alone. So I decided it was a good time to have sex. We were going for about an hour and a half, almost 2. Then he pulls it out and I notice he had 2 blisters on his penis. Now, he has other blistered burns on his body, but I'm positive those weren't there when we started. And even through the condom, it looked as if I had rubbed his skin off and he was bleeding. He says he got the other blistered burns from sleeping too close to a vent while the heat was on and since he has diabetes, he didn't feel it. He woke up and the ambulance was patching his arm and fingers up. What I'm worried about is if the friction from my vagina could actually cause his skin to rub off like that. Should I take myself to the clinic to be on the safe side??
