Period lasts too long??

So I was checking my log on here and checked how long my period usually is and it's usually always 8 days. I know periods shouldn't last more than 7, it's only a day but I'm a little worried because I get paranoid easily 😅 does anyone else's period last more than a week (yes I know some girls period lasts WAY longer than 7 days but doesn't that mean there's something off?)
