Anyone else nervous?

We have been TTC for our first child for about a year. I have been nauseated for about a week only at night usually until today when I woke up nauseated, it got better after breakfast but came back with vengeance at the smell of my assistant's lunch of popcorn with hot sauce. My assistants think I'm pregnant but I am too nervous to take a test until later this week after AF was past due.
