Is anyone else having a relatively "easy" pregnancy? This is my first, so I didn't really know what to expect, but so far, I have been feeling pretty good. My worst symptom by far is extreme hunger, which is more annoying than anything. Other than that, I've had some lower back pain, mild fatigue and very, very occasional nausea. This has of course been worrisome to me because, well, everything is! But yesterday, at 9 weeks, 3 days, I had my first ultrasound and the baby is doing great, measuring a few days ahead of where we thought it would be, with a heartbeat of 178. So now I am starting to think perhaps I am one of the lucky ones. I guess I should just try to relax and enjoy it!
