Low HCG, potential 3rd M/C in 6 months.

Last June I became pregnant with the Mirena implanted. Because of the risks associated, I had to have it removed which caused a M/C. In Sept 2016, I again found out I was pregnant via 5 at home EPT's. Two days later I was in the ER miscarrying. Now I have taken more EPT's (4) as a result of a missed period and have a positive. Blood drawn today shows positive but with an HCG quant of a very low 280. It's incredibly difficult to be optimistic because of prior situations. I don't "feel" pregnant, and I don't believe that I truly am. Clear blue gave me the 2-3 indicator on 2 tests. That was 3 days ago. I've taken simple (+/-) tests since then and they all have very quickly changed to positive. I know it's a waiting game, but patience is not my strong suit. I'm JW how you all cope when this continues to happen time after time.. IS THERE something to be worried about? The internet is the only thing I have to refer to right now until I have another quant done. I've never seen an RE, and never done progesterone either.. IDK.. I'm just frustrated and annoyed and drained.. I don't know what to think about all of this. 😓
