UTI/cystitis chronic

Not really a TTC post, but this is definitely weighing me down on my TTC journey - I just finished my 3rd round of antibiotic.  Been to immediate care 3x since late Dec for UTI symptoms.  Symptoms are intermittent and more annoying than anything.  The dr said I'd definitely feel better after I finished this next round.  Finished this morning and this afternoon I'm peeing fire.  So frustrated and I don't know what to do next.  I do everything right!  Cranberry pills, wiping correctly, cotton undies, pee after sex, alkaline foods, I've even started taking D mannose.  Anyone else experience this?  What's my next move? Can I get a referral for a urologist if I don't have a FP?
