Sciatica pain sleep
Is it okay to sleep on the same side of your pinched sciatica nerve?
I've been having horrible pain all day, but I can't stay in one position too long. It hurts badly to switch, but I turn all night even still asleep. Is it bad to sleep on that side, as in, can I make it worse?
