SHAVING HELP

Okay girls so question. I personally shave all the time, but my new man here is new to all things sexual.. and by trying to please him I noticed that he doesn't shave. I don't think he has ever shaved, he also hasn't done anything but makeout with a girl before. Sooo... I personally like a shaved man, how so I nicely tell him he should shave??? Please help. I really don't want to offend him!
