TMI TMI PHOTO - miscarriage? Help? Not Sure

So I went to the bathroom a couple seconds ago and I wiped and this is what came out of me. I NEVER seen it before! I recently had a baby beginning January. But my bleeding stopped then yes I did have sex but we played safe. (Doesn't really matter because we live ,have kids etc) my s/o pulled out but I'm not sure if it got in there and it died? Idk, I'm wondering if any of You Glowiiez✨ Know what this is? I looked up miscarriage and saw pics that sorta looked had the same color but I'd like to make sure from you guys?

Looks like it could possibly be placenta. Miscarriages are usually really dark / red blood and there's a big clot / circle of tissue.

There's really no way your body has recovered enough from your pregnancy to ovulate and get pregnant again so quickly. Postpartum bleeding can start and stop that's probably what it is if you had a baby at the beginning of January.

I would talk to the doctors about this incase you have left over placenta or something which can be life threatening
