breast feeding & bottle feeding?

Hello Ladies, basically I want to breast feed but also want to go out for my friends birthday after the baby is here like 4 weeks after.. obviously can't breast feed when alcohol in my system so how do you ladies do it? Do you freezer the milk? How long can you leave it in the freezer for? And can you heat up bottles in microwave? Thankyou xx
