My sick dog

So my dog has been puking for the last 3-4 days. It's like clear white mucusy foam, then he does this weird breathing thing like he's trying to catch his breath, and then his stomach has been growling loud enough for me to hear across the room. He is still some what playful, barely has been eating but still drinks water. Obviously I'd take him to the vet but I'm extremely low on money. Just had my baby and things are a little tough right now as I'm not back to work yet.
