hmm help??

So i was 2 weeks late for my depo shot & the nurse said she normally waits to get two negative pregnancy tests but she decided to give me it anyway. For the first week i had un protected sex!! I now have lower back pain, hip & pelvic pain. Not to mention the weird niggly pains in my right ovary. The back pain has gotten worse & i've heard that kidney pain is a sign of pregnancy. I've got spots on my chest & i am scared to do a test. It was about 6 weeks ago i got my shot. I'm so worried any advice??? I've also been extremley tired & run down.
