STUCK IN BETWEEN 2 GUYS! HELP!!

So before I begin I don't need the negative comments so if you're just here to judge me you can leave (disclaimer I have not had sex with any of these men) sooo I met this guy in school about 7 years ago and he was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen and I had a huge crush on him but he never really paid me any mind so about 2 and a half years ago we catched up and we've been talking on and off since but he has commitment issues and doesn't really like to open up and talk about his feelings and we're always on and off and never really together but we stick with each other and we have a bond so recently I met another guy (I know I'm bad) and we instantly hit it off and I think he is so beautiful and sweet and I can really see myself living a life with him only after 3 months of being together and even though he has a little bit of a temper we're really good so just recently the first guy randomly texts me and I tell him that I have a boyfriend now and it's like he wants to be serious with me now and acts so affectionate which is weird because I'm not used to it and I think it's like "you don't know what you had till it's gone" type of thing but now I'm just stuck do I be with this guy I've loved for years or do I give up and be with this great guy who I really feel could be something? And again I don't need the negative comments
