Mono round 2?

Just in time for my two weeks of midterms, I have started to feel really under the weather, especially today....... Last June I got hit by mono hard and was out for about two weeks. I'm starting to feel similar pain in my throat again as well as pain in my lymph nodes. I know that the symptoms can come back since the virus stays in your body forever. Just curious.... has anyone's mono symptoms actually resurfaced? I've heard that it's not common. I'm really worried.
