Insecurity

I had a boyfriend for a while(now broken up) & initially I would not care if he commented on other girls in front of me. Then one day we were drunk & chatting and I asked him who his girl crush is(celebrity) and he told me, then he told me if he had the chance he'd cheat on me w her. After that every time he said someone was hot I'd think he would cheat on me w them. Im out of the relationship but I still have this insecure about this. Is it crazy/possible to want a guy that only wants you and never comments ? Idk if I'm crazy but help me out ladies !
