Getting son from funeral home tomorrow to take him home

My husband works for Nabors Drilling out in kingfisher oklahoma. We are from Louisiana. I came out here with him January 25th. I was 14w4d pregnant with our second baby. A little boy Tommy Joe Easterling aka TJ... While I was up here I ended up miscarrying at 15 weeks. January 30th. Well the law is you can't carry a dead body across state lines without a permit. I had to take my son to the funeral so they can "take care of him" (as my husband says) and tomorrow I have to go pick him up so we can take him home so we can out him in his final resting place I our family cemetery. My heart is breaking... This is the hardest thing ever. I didn't want to put my child in the ground. I wanted to watch him grow and see the person he was going to become...
