Braxton Hicks??

I'm 19 weeks and 1 day and for the last week or maybe two I've felt my lower stomach get really tight and it feels like there's a lot of pressure. It lasts like 15 seconds probably and it's pretty random. I told my fiancé it was probably just Braxton Hicks but he's worried and wanted me to post it on here for responses! 😂 does it sound like Braxton Hicks to you guys? I've never been pregnant before so I'm not sure what to expect!
