4 days pos OPK neg HPT & spotting

Anyone ever had this happen? Currently at CD28 decided to start OPK on the 1st (never did them before) was curious to start and got a positive. We BD on Sunday and I began to spot Monday and haven't stopped. AF is due tomorrow according to Glow. The pic below is Feb. 1-4 top to bottom. I've gotten 2 neg HPT. So should I assume that it's a no go this cycle?
