Bleeding during pregnancy

I am 6wks, 6 days today.

Not this past Monday, but the Monday before, I went to the ER for (what I thought was a lot) of bleeding. They did all the tests, including ultrasounds which showed everything was fine. Did a follow up appt last Thursday and yesterday to make sure everything is still okay, and everything is perfectly fine. Although the blood isn't red anymore, I'm still bleeding. But, it's more old blood, like a dark brown/black color. It terrifies me, bleeding since I've already had two miscarriages?

Is this normal? Have other experienced this? What made it stop?? Or how long did it last?!
