Ugh... not easy...

I'm 5 days PP. First, we couldn't get a good latch. Then after my milk came in she started fighting my breast so I had to pump and saw how forcefully milk came out.

So now I'm frequently engorged and leaking constantly. She won't latch, if she does she gags. Her poop has gone from Yellow to Orange??? I've given up and started to exclusively pump. I just got 3 oz from one breast.

What's the problem? How do I fix this?
