I know I'm exaggerating but advice please!!

So my vein that goes through the left side of my stomach down to the left side of my vagina is enlarged like its poppy and I don't wanna freak out because I never noticed it before,the same on my arm:( im 18dpo with many symptoms,I ovulated earlier and not testing yet. I will test after my missed period..
