symbols....

I am pregnant with Baby #2 and want to start doing some paintings for her room like I did with my daughter. 

I got pregnant with twins a little over 2 years ago after doing TONS of fertility treatments (meds, 6 rounds of iui, and 2 rounds of ivf). We lost one of our twins at almost 12 weeks and chose a mallard curl feather to represent the baby we lost. We chose a dandelion for my daughter because she was our wish come true, so I decorated her room with lots of dandelion themed paintings. I want to do something similar for our new baby girl on the way but I'm having a hard time trying to come up with a symbol to use. We were thinking maybe stars/ shooting stars but I wanted some other ideas too. Thanks!
