I love my baby and I've never seen this before. I'm hoping it's an inside joke but the way I see it right now, it's flirting. 
He would never cheat on me and he's never commented on a girls picture before but holy crap I'm so mad at him right now, she is his coworker. Am I overreacting? All I want to do is ask why the hell he thinks this is okay?!?!

I would definitely call him out. Chances are it's nothing and he is just getting some excitement from flirting. But you need to remind him there are consequences for things like that. Also on the other hand be prepared for the alternative he may be wanting a way out and confrontation may open the door to a way. Either way your in charge of your happiness and he needs to respect that. Much love 😊 us ladies need to stick together.

I would definitely bring up! I would be up at for sure if he worked with this woman and he comments on a pic like that! But it could be innocent but def talk to him about it and let him know your not ok with it!

UPDATE: Thank you for your replies. I asked him in a calm matter, no yelling, and the reason was because he heard her tell everyone at work all you can see is her lips and he thought it would be funny. He apologized, but called me insecure first which I told him was unnecessary since I was not blaming him for anything. He apologized again and everything's good. Thank you everyone for your perspective, that's what I needed. You have all been a good help.

I don't think it's that bad. It looks like he's just pointing out she has big lips? Which she does? Lol just simply ask. Don't try to go off and be tough cause then that can result in you getting left lol. Just tell him not to do it and most guys will understand.
