spotting/bleeding

Has anyone expierienced ovulationspotting that lasts until BFP. Been having some spotting since about 3 days before ovulation and I am now 5dpo and I'm still bleeding. It's a light pinkish sometimes brown and it gets a little heavier like a light period and then goes to barely anything when I wipe. I'm not sure what's going on. I know I actually ovulated this month! I never usually do on my own. I used clomid and metformin this cycle and last but didn't ovulate last cycle. Need some words of encouragment feeling really down from this :( makes me feel like af is coming :(
