Lump found...

This morning I came upon a lump towards the right side of my nipple on my right breast. Granted, my cycle is suppose to start in less than a week but I've been tracking my cycle for the past 4 months and my breast haven't had this problem or been sore at all. The lump feels hard, and just feels uncomfortable when I push on it, kinda in a stinging manor but not a strong sting. Kind of like a bruise when you push on it... Breast cancer runs in my family.. But I'm just aittle nervous. No need to jump to conclusions but it is a good thing to stay aware. I will keep my eye on it. How many of you that have been diagnosed started out this way?
